When we are optimizing our physical body and physical health, we can accelerate this by focusing on also optimizing our emotional health through the use of pine bark, flower essences, essential oils, herbs and more.
Carl Jung, the widely known psychotherapist and psychoanalyst, helped to bring into focus on a global scale the importance of what he referred to as “wholeness.”
This wholeness is about physical and emotional health and the importance of focusing on both of these areas.
These two areas are just as important for both men and women, as all of us can benefit from greater healing, clarity and internal insight.
As humans, we have all been through challenging experiences and have endured suffering and pain, each in our own way….though we can turn to nature for healing and we ourselves can also self-generate our own healing within.
Two forms of therapy that reach these deep, therapeutic layers of emotional and spiritual health are that of flower essence therapy and essential oil therapy.
Flower Essences and Essential Oils
Though flower essences and essential oils are sometimes mistaken for the same thing, they are actually quite different and work in different ways.
Starting with essential oils, we know that they are oil compounds that are extracted from various plants, roots, barks, trees, resins or leaves.

According to The University of Minnesota, smelling essential oils molecules positively affect the olfactory organs, the lungs (and thus the respiratory system) as well as the brain.
The aromatic essential oil molecules travel through the nose and directly activate the limbic system of the brain, which is sometimes called the emotional part of the brain.
The limbic system controls heart rate, mood, blood pressure, memory, breathing, stress hormone response and overall stress levels.
Because these compounds affect the emotional parts of the brain, they can be used safely and therapeutically together with other forms of therapy.
For instance, Traci Stein, PhD, MPH is a licensed clinical psychologist and has used essential oils (aromatherapy) in conjunction with traditional psychotherapy.
Specifically, she has used aromatherapy with cognitive behavioral therapy and has seen great results.
Additionally, studies on PubMed.gov show how aromatherapy can be effective for treating depression.
These are just a few examples of the many reports out there of essential oils being able to help people heal on deep emotional and physical levels.
Combining essential oils with flower essences can also be a powerful therapeutic aid.
Flower essences are different than essential oils in that they impact the body via biophotonic information transfer through photons from the Sun, the bioelectrical information emitted from flowers and the crystallographic informational storage capacity of the liquid crystals found abundantly in living water.

This living crystalline matrix known as water is the medium through which this information transfer and storage takes place continuously and at unimaginably fast rates of transfer.
Thus, the cleaner the water, the higher coherence and information transferring capability. This living, structured water is crystallographic in nature and contains an abundance of molecular hydrogen gas which helps shape its molecular geometrical symmetry in combination with oxygen molecules.
This special form of water is sometimes also referred to as primary water.

To briefly explain how these work, we need to remember that the most fundamental communication system our body has is that of light, or what is also called biophotons.
All functions and metabolic processes, when reduced to their most basic and fundamental levels, operate through biophotonic information transfer. We know this because light itself is information.
In a recent article titled, Biophotons, Consciousness, Mushrooms, Neurogenesis and Detox, I described how acclaimed scientist Fritz-Albert Popp famously stated, “We are still on the threshold of fully understanding the complex relationship between light and life, but we can now say emphatically, that the function of our entire metabolism is dependent on light.â€
Flower essences impact this biophotonic communication system in profound ways and are used specifically for helping heal and process trauma, difficult emotions or challenging states of mind. We can all benefit from the various flower essences available to us and each flower providing different information and healing capabilities.
Quite literally, they are nutrients for the soul in nature’s most quintessential form and we know that every person on this planet can benefit from greater emotional health, emotional intelligence and happiness.
The first medical doctor who brought these essences out into the world of medicine was Dr. Edward Bach, who revered them and used them in his practice. He lauded their ability to help heal on deep levels by famously stating:
The action of the flower essences raises the vibration of the being…they cure by flooding the body with the beautiful vibrations of the highest nature- in whose presence there is the opportunity for disease to melt away like snow in sunshine.

These images above are the result of over 80,000 volts of electricity passing through different flowers and is known as Kirlian photography.
Kirlian photography was discovered back nearly 100 years ago and the implications are paradigm-changing in many different fields, given that bioelectrical fields of different compounds found in nature can be objectively seen and measured.
In fact, Russia has been studying and using Kirlian photography throughout various high-level projects and studies. Here is a 70 page document from a Russian scientist in 2015 that goes in-depth on Kirlian photography.
So how can we apply this knowledge?
More and more medical doctors and psychologists today are also using flower essences in their practices to facilitate deeper healing.
Pam Pappas, MD uses flower essences “in a consistent, purposeful way to enhance emotional harmony and spiritual well-being.â€
Dr. Mark Masi, a licensed, clinical psychologist, began using flower essences in his practice when he noticed benefits in his personal life from using the essences.
He notes that the essences are helpful for his clients “especially in those situations in which patients were blocked in working through intensely painful emotions, memories, or conflicts with psychotherapy alone. I also realized psychotropic meds were not the answer to resolving deeper issues.”
“Through integrating the essences in my work I proved to myself that the healing happens much better. What I love about them is they bring issues to the surface in a manner that patients can tolerate. It goes so well with the type of therapy I practice. Flower essences and psychoanalytic therapy are so similar in the layer work. What we’re trying to do is foster the emergence of the real self which can experience pleasure and joy, and handle the challenges that life brings.”

Though flower essence therapy and essential oil therapy are being used by medical doctors, psychologists and other qualified practitioners, these safe and effective substances are easily accessible and administrable by the general public.
These plant medicines are also effective for people who have undergone any sort of trauma and are useful for a myriad of different challenges that we all face in general life.
This means that these therapies can be used widely by the general population for deeper emotional and physical healing.
The emotional energy of suffering, pain and trauma (however mild or strong), can often result in physical respiratory challenges.
But this also means that if we optimize our physical respiratory system, we can simultaneously regulate healthy emotional processing and states of high emotional intelligence.
One substance that is phenomenal for the respiratory system is pine bark extract.

Pine bark extract has been the focus of extensive research for well over a hundred years and has been used for thousands of years, dating all the way back to the Indigenous peoples of local lands.
The Indigenous people have used pine bark extract to help support healthy detoxification of blood and the circulatory system, support healthy microbial balance, supports a healthy inflammatory response, support brain health and support respiratory health.
This is due to the presence of compounds called OPCs, or oligomeric proanthocyanidin compounds. The higher the OPC content, the better.

Ascent Nutrition, which was co-founded by this author, offers a 95% pine bark extract within our Peak Respiratory Support product.
This 95% extract is a very strong one as well, compared to others that aren’t standardized to any sort of OPC percentage.
This product also contains:
- Quercetin
- Cordyceps mushroom 7% extract
- Stinging Nettle 4:1 extract
- Butterbur 15% extract
- Feverfew 4:1 extract

A portion of profits from Ascent Nutrition (and EMF Harmonized) are used to help buy and donate flower essences and essential oils for people who have been harmed by sexual abuse, rape and or human trafficking.
We work with multiple organizations and donate both flower essences and essential oils, while having put on an educational class in the summer of 2021 about their benefits, with more classes coming in January 2022 and beyond.
We will continue to shine a bright light on the darkness of human trafficking and all it involves and we are helping to educate and provide the actual substances themselves that can offer therapy on such deep levels and where no pharmaceutical can go.
To those who have been trafficked or sexually abused, we have not forgotten and know that opportunities for healing are now coming forth in profound ways.
A rescue mission isn’t complete until we can help those who have been affected to heal and integrate those past experiences in healthy ways.
We are now sharing this for the first time solely to provide hope and show that there are people out there using their voices and also those taking actions to help provide healing solutions from flower essences and essential oils.
The purpose of this article has been to bring more awareness of these therapies for populations that desperately need deep-level healing (like those who have suffered the horrors of human trafficking), but this article is also for humanity in general, as we all have faced or are facing challenges that are unique to us individually.
It is the strong intention that this article and the information in it helps many, many people create deep and lasting healing. If you work or have a passion in health, wellness, nutrition or therapies of all sorts, you’re welcome to utilize this information in this article and share it widely with those who can help implement these therapies throughout the world.
Many more articles on these topics will be coming, as well as a very deep dive on water and crystallographic information transfer for healing purposes.
